With over 25 years of fitness success and experience, we are capable of analyzing your body and creating a workout plan that will help you reach your goals. Most plans include healthy eating and exercise, to ensure the best results for our clients. Our main goal is to work with you to help keep you on track and motivated to reach your goals. We are available for in person sessions in the Folsom, Orangevale, El Dorado HIlls, Fair Oaks and Cameron Park or vitrual workouts for those that are not local. All fitness levels encouraged as we personalize workouts to an individuals needs.
Jamie Ellsworth began her fitness journey at 23 years old. She was always overweight as a child and young adult and lacked confidence to make the changes needed for a healthier lifestyle.
She had incredible mentors who believed in her more than she believed in herself. They began setting goals. Documenation, accountablity and support prevailed and over the years Jamie has been able to change her lifestyle. She has had several valueable mentors over the years who helped her get out of her fitness comfort zone and learn new skills. With experience as an Orangetheory Fitness Coach, Orangetheory Fitness Master Trainer and Operations Manager for Urijah Faber's Ultimate Fitness, her extensive knowledge and creativity means no workout is ever the same!
She has a passion for helping others and really enjoys watching people reach their goals.

Six years ago Tara Coleman was a regular in Jamie Ellsworth's fitness classes. While Tara did enjoy other coach's workouts, she started calling Jamie the Calorie Crusher because her calorie burn was always so much higher during those workouts. Over the next few months, Jamie was soon known by many as Coach Crusher.
Jamie has taken on this nickname with pride and will tell anyone that her goals are to help her clients crush fears, crush doubts and crush their goals.
Tara and Jamie have embraced the "Crusher" mentality and look forward to helping you believe in yourself too!

These workouts are designed with a HIIT focus and to incorporate total body fitness. Every workout is different and designed to be fun and effective.
This is for a one hour private training session done near my house. Travel to your home add $10.

Outdoor workouts are scheduled a few times a week or you can schedule your own workout with the link above. If you schedule your own outdoor workout the location will be determined between you and your coach. Cost is per person.
ZOOM ROOM - If you have equipment at home but need some accountability and planning you can book a virtual training! A fun way to keep fit without leaving your home. Cost is per person.
A few options to keep your fitness fresh.
This is a 45 minute individual workout geared toward boxing technique and form as well as adding HIIT intervals and core into the mix.
This is a 45 minute individual workout utilizing the battle ropes. A mixture of other exercises will be incorporated. This is a calorie shredding, fat burning workout.
Plan for a 45 minute workout that is done with your treadmill, bike, eliptical or rower. The bulk of the workout will be 30 minutes solid, plus warm up and cool down/stretch. Cost is per person.
